Genianalysis is a market data-analysis and screening platform, available at www.genianalysis.com. It is a product of Stockgeni. In these Terms, "Genianalysis", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that platform and its operator.

By creating an account or using any part of the platform you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

What the platform does

Genianalysis presents market data, statistics derived from it, and filters you apply yourself. You choose the parameters; the screens return what matches them.

Nothing on the platform is a recommendation. Genianalysis does not label anything bullish or bearish, does not tell you what to trade, and does not offer investment advice or portfolio management. Any decision you take after using it is your own.

Your account

You must be old enough to enter a legal agreement in India. One account is for one person, on one device at a time; signing in elsewhere signs the earlier session out. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.

We may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time. We will not do so in a way that removes what you have already paid for during a period you have paid for, except where we must for legal or security reasons.

Plans and payment

The free plan costs nothing and does not expire. Premium plans are sold for a fixed period — monthly, quarterly or annual — at the price shown at the time of purchase, inclusive of GST.

There is no auto-renewal and no card is kept on file. Each period is paid for once. When it ends, access returns to the free plan unless you choose to buy another period. Nothing recurs, so there is nothing to cancel.

Payments are handled by our payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.

Prices may change. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Refunds

A Premium period, once started, is not refundable, because access to the screening platform is given immediately and in full. If you believe you have been charged in error or charged twice, write to support@genianalysis.com within 30 days and we will look into it and put right anything that is our mistake.

Market data

Market data is supplied by exchange-approved third-party vendors. It is neither audited nor validated by us. It may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors, and figures on the free plan are deliberately delayed.

Past patterns do not predict future prices. Trading in securities and derivatives carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Trade only with capital you can afford to lose, and consult your own financial adviser before acting on anything you see here.

Availability

We work to keep the platform running, but it depends on the internet, on our data vendors and on the exchanges. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, delayed or interrupted data, connection failures, maintenance, or unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control.

Acceptable use

Please do not: share or resell your access; scrape, republish or redistribute the data; attempt to breach or test our security; or use the platform to break the law. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is doing any of these.

Intellectual property

The platform, its screens, its derived analytics and its branding belong to us. Using the service does not transfer any of it to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continuing to use the platform afterwards means you accept the update.
