Privacy Policy

Genianalysis, at www.genianalysis.com, is a product of Stockgeni, which is responsible for your personal data under this policy. What follows is what we collect when you use the platform, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you create an account:
- Your name, email address and mobile number
- Your country, state and city — state is required to raise a GST-compliant invoice
- Your GSTIN, only if you choose to give one
When you use the platform, we record ordinary technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open, and when. We keep a record of your plan, your payments and the invoices raised against them, because we are required to.
If you write to our support address, we keep that correspondence so we can follow it up and refer back to it.
What we do not collect
We never see your card, UPI or bank credentials. Payments are handled entirely by our payment gateway; we receive only the result of a payment and its reference. No card is stored on our side, and there is no auto-renewal drawing on one.
We do not ask for your trading account, broker credentials or holdings, and the platform has no facility to place a trade.
Why we use it
- To give you access to the plan you hold
- To raise invoices and meet our tax and regulatory obligations
- To send service messages — a welcome note, a payment receipt, a reminder before your plan lapses
- To answer your support requests
- To keep the service secure and to diagnose faults
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Only the people who need your details to do their job can see them.
We share data only with the providers who make the service work — our payment gateway, our email provider, our hosting provider and AiSensy, which runs the WhatsApp chat button — and only as far as each needs to perform its task. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of our users.
The WhatsApp chat button
Public pages carry a chat button provided by AiSensy. It loads a script from their servers, which means they can see that a browser opened the page. Nothing is sent to them about you unless you start a conversation.
If you do start one, the message opens in WhatsApp under your own number, and the address of the page you started from travels with it so we know what you were looking at. From that point the conversation is held in our WhatsApp business account and is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences such as the light or dark theme, and to keep the service secure. You can refuse cookies in your browser, but you will not be able to stay signed in.
Where your data is held
Your data is stored on servers in India. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will tell you if a breach affects your data.
How long we keep it
Account details are kept while your account is open. Invoices, payment records and the correspondence attached to them are kept for as long as tax and SEBI record-keeping rules require, even after an account is closed.
Your choices
Write to support@genianalysis.com and you can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or close your account and delete your data. Records we are legally required to retain — invoices in particular — will be kept even then, and we will tell you what those are.
Service messages about your own account are not marketing and cannot be turned off while the account is open.
Children
The platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will remove it.
Other sites
Where we link to a site we do not run, this policy does not apply to it. Please read the policy of any site you go on to use.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above changes when we do.
